For method 1 of capturing a screen shot you simply hold down the "windows" and "prt sc" keys.
For method 2 we use a unique approach. One Note's clipping tool.
1. Click the one not widget on your task bar.
2. Select "Screen Clipping"
3. screen turns brighter and you select the part of the screen you wish to capture.
4. Saves to selected one note folder and can be moved elsewhere from there.
Method 3 As technology has advanced the number of platforms has increased. Specifically, method 3 explains how to screenshot on most Android devices.
Simply press the volume down key and the power button at the same time and release at the same time. An animation plays showing the screenshot was taken.
Though there are many options for file types when saving a document, these steps will help you to create PDF files should you find the need.
Printing: When printing a document or page from online, the user has the option to change the destination printer to "Save as PDF". When the user saves, a PDF file will be created.
Exporting: From a program like Microsoft Word, you can export a file as a PDF. Click on "File" then select "Export". From this screen you should be able to export as a PDF.
Saving: When saving a document, a user has the option to "Save as" a PDF. Just select the PDF file type when saving.
